Qualitech services in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries
The quality requirements in this area are subject to very high quality standards. Qualitech offers a range of services to help meet these requirements, from the production of the equipment to the testing of packaging.
Planning, expertise and acceptance of complete plants
Qualitech has the necessary expertise to provide comprehensive support to customers in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. Our service starts with the planning of a plant, where we can make important contributions to the topics of material selection, wear, corrosion and welding engineering. All these services are also used in the production process and we take over the acceptance of entire plants.
Checking the technical cleanliness of machine components
Qualitech has an accredited testing laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and offers services for the technical cleanliness of machine components of various sizes. Residues such as residual particles and liquids that often occur inside the parts are analyzed by FTIR spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX). The inspection of technical cleanliness is based on the VDA regulations vol. 19/19.1 and ISO 16232, serves to prevent consequential damage and is frequently used in incoming and outgoing inspection as well as in the monitoring of manufacturing processes.
Welding of stainless steel pipes
Whenever it comes to creating clean and low-particle connections of stainless steel tubes of the highest quality, the orbital welding process becomes the topic. Qualitech offers operator inspections for orbital welding, which are carried out at the customer’s site. Thanks to our flexible appointment arrangements, we are the right partner for you to inspect your personnel at short notice.
Properly packaged
Packaging fulfils different functions. In addition to the advertising message, the packaging must also protect the contents against loss and mechanical damage. We have the appropriate facilities to provide support from the start of the design phase through to prototype packaging. Our equipment pool allows us to simulate dynamic load behaviour and to identify weak points up to fatigue. This knowledge enables feasibility studies of new materials and shapes to be carried out and existing packaging materials to be optimised.
