Check tolerances
The use of industrial computed tomography (iCT) makes an important contribution to the quality assurance of assemblies. Again and again it can happen that tolerances and specifications can no longer be met after the assembly process or that the assembly process itself leads to defects. For an analysis, however, the disassembly of the assembly would change the actual state. Here computer tomography comes into play again, with which the assembly can be checked in detail when assembled.
